DOT Physicals

You can now certify/renew your medical exam as a commercial motor vehicle driver at Grundy Center Chiropractic for only $100. Dr. Gabe has completed all of the NRCME training and passed the FMCSA exam, allowing him to perform DOT physicals. You can look him up on the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners via the DOT website.  

The exam includes eye, ear, blood pressure, urine sampling, and all other required tests. Please bring a list of all medications, information on current treatments, and recent surgeries. This would include the name and contact information of any physicians you are currently seeing for an existing condition as well. If you use a hearing aid or contacts/glasses please bring those with you as well. Dr. Gabe will need access to your back and abdomen for the exam, so please wear accessible clothing. Gowns will be provided if needed. 

The certification period could be as long as 2 years if there are no contra-indicated medical conditions. In some cases a smaller certification period is needed.
